This was my very first time buying a home and I honestly had no idea where to begin. I’m normally pretty neurotic about big decisions and tend to dive deep until I feel like an expert, but with Bryse, I never felt that need. I trusted him and his expertise completely from day one. He was always available when we needed him, even in the evenings and on weekends, which made this process so much less stressful. More than just being responsive, Bryse felt protective over us as buyers. I never once worried that something would slip through the cracks, because he was always one step ahead, advocating for us. What really stands out is how personal he made this experience. By the end, Bryse didn’t just feel like our real estate agent, he felt like part of our family. He even offered us the use of his dump trailer! That’s the kind of above-and-beyond service you just don’t see every day. On top of that, Bryse connected us with a wonderful lender and a great home warranty company. His network is top-notch, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he had trusted professionals to recommend. If you’re looking for an agent who is not only knowledgeable but also caring, protective, and truly invested in his clients, Bryse is the one. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He made what could have been a daunting, overwhelming process into something smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable.

Bryse is an absolutely amazing realtor!! He is a tireless champion of his clients and will make sure you feel taken care of. I was his first (of hopefully many!!!!) sales in Cincinnati. He drove down here week after week to look at almost two dozen houses with me, all to make sure I found what felt like home. Bryse listened intently to all my needs and worries, and took time to walk through each option with me to help me see each potential future. I really cannot stress enough how much he made me feel heard and respected. Bryse also made the entire process from showings to closing seamless, and was always available to answer my questions. He is a professional in every sense of the word, and will make sure you have a great experience.

I know he is young but I have to say this is one of the hardest working Realtors I have worked with. I live out of state and he went above and beyond to help me buy my first out of state real estate property. He made it seem less and gave me contacts from contractors, painters, handyman, and etc. If you are thinking of getting an investment home out of state! He might be young but he definitely works like a veteran and carries himself very professional! I’m currently trying to buy two more out their because of him!

Bryse was very helpful and made time out of his day to answer text and phone calls when needed. He also made time to see a house at night after working all day to make it possible for me. This is the guy to go to not a doubt in mind you will be satisfied with your experience!

Bryse was able to have professional photos taken, the house listed, and the house under contract all within a week of reaching out. Not to mention finding me my next home and working in the deal me needing more time past closing so that I was able to move all of my things out. Highly recommend!
